A certifiable Radon Inspection takes 48 hrs. The report is available the day that the radon device is retrieved.
A mold inspection report usely takes 48 to 72 hr after the samples are taken. However, sometimes a 24hr report turnaround is available.

Our inspection is important but it is only one piece of the puzzle. Only you know all of the factors at play. Your real estate professional can help you here.
Our inspection service is a professional opinion based on findings at the time of the inspection. It's a little like getting a check-up from your doctor. It improves your odds of good health but there is no guarantee or warranty. As such, we cannot and do not offer a warranty.

Our team of inspectors is ready to serve you quickly. However, when the sale of a home is conditional on the results of a home inspection, we recommend that you allow at least three days to arrange for an inspection. Same day inspections are often available - maybe subjected to addional cost.
